About Danareksa Public Information Services

PT Danareksa (Persero) (“Danareksa SOE Holding”) has been entrusted by the Government of Indonesia to serve as the first State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) Holding specializing in Transformation and Investment, managing SOEs across various sectors. As a Holding entity, Danareksa is tasked with optimizing business performance and delivering added value to its managed SOEs through sustainable transformation and investment initiatives.

In carrying out its strategic role, Danareksa places transparency as a key pillar in building public trust and strengthening good corporate governance. To that end, Danareksa has established and strengthened the function of the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID), both at the holding level as the Main PPID and at the sub-holding level as the Implementing PPID. This structure is designed to ensure that information transparency is implemented comprehensively, consistently, and in an integrated manner throughout the Danareksa Group. In addition to fulfilling the mandate of the Public Information Disclosure Law, this initiative also enhances inter-company synergy and facilitates the exchange and updating of public information data.

In line with the digitalization era, Danareksa also provides an informative digital platform, including a mobile PPID application as the primary means to facilitate public access to information. This service includes features such as a public information document directory, allowing the public to access annual reports, financial statements, and the company’s strategic work programs. In addition, request forms are available for those seeking more specific information, as well as objection forms for cases where the information received by the requester is inaccurate, delayed, or not responded to by the company.

The efforts to improve the quality of information services have successfully positioned Danareksa as one of the Top 10 Most Informative State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) with a score of 97.97 at the 2024 Public Information Disclosure Award held by the Central Information Commission. This achievement serves as concrete proof and also a catalyst to be more proactive in delivering services that are more transparent, innovative, and responsive to the needs of the public.

Going forward, Danareksa is committed to continuously strengthening the information transparency ecosystem as part of the company’s transformation strategy, particularly through enhanced cross-company collaboration within the group and the internalization of transparency as a sustainable work culture. With a solid ecosystem in place, Danareksa is optimistic that it can foster greater public trust, accelerate data-driven decision-making, and deliver tangible benefits to society and all stakeholders.

A Brief Overview of the Establishment of Danareksa’s PPID

Danareksa’s PPID (Information and Documentation Management Officer) was established in June 2024 at both the holding and sub-holding levels through the Board of Directors Decree Number: KD-21/DR/DIR/06/2024. This establishment represents a strategic step by the company to strengthen its commitment to public information disclosure. To ensure its effective and integrated implementation, the PPID function is placed under the Corporate Secretary unit as the Main PPID, supported by Legal & Compliance as the Advisory Team, and involves all work units to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of the information managed and delivered to the public.

The PPID structure within Danareksa consists of the Main PPID at the holding level and Implementing PPIDs across all sub-holdings. Each PPID unit performs public information service functions in a standardized manner, referring to the same guidelines to ensure consistency, quality, and integrity of information throughout all entities within the Danareksa Group. All PPIDs are also supported by information service officers who are available on business days, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 16:00 WIB.

In carrying out its duties, the PPID of Danareksa not only adheres to Law Number 14 of 2008 on Public Information Disclosure and the Information Commission Regulation Number 1 of 2021 on Public Information Service Standards, but has also established internal policies through the Public Information Management and Service Guidelines Number: KD-35/DR/DIR/10/2024 dated October 7, 2024. These guidelines comprehensively regulate the governance of information services, including the request flow, complaint handling mechanisms, and the reporting and evaluation systems carried out periodically. All information provision processes refer to the Public Information List and Excluded Information established by the company, and are transparently communicated through official digital channels that are easily accessible to the public.

Since its establishment, the PPID of Danareksa has implemented various strategic initiatives to improve the effectiveness and governance of public information services. These steps include strengthening the PPID structure and capacity, preparing Public Information Service Guidelines, as well as developing and updating the Public Information List and the Excluded Information List. Danareksa is optimistic that through the strengthening of the PPID function and a solid information ecosystem, it will achieve its vision as “The Leading Information Center for the Public and All Stakeholders, prioritizing speed, accuracy, and innovation in delivering information” can be realized in a sustainable way.
